2019 Annual Conference of China Real Estate Appraisal held in Beijing
China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (CIREA) held 2019 Annual Conference of China Real Estate Appraisal in Beijing from October 24th to 25th, 2019, which theme is “Evolution of Appraisal Needs and Sustainable Development of Appraisal Agencies”. Ms. Du Juan, the President of CIREA, attended the meeting and delivered the opening speech. Dr. Chai Qiang, the Vice President and Secretary General of CIREA, hosted the opening ceremony.

This year, over 700 principals from real estate appraisal agencies and organizations across China attended the conference. Focusing on the theme, speakers from Taiwan District, China, and representatives of renowned real estate appraisal agencies and relevant experts and scholars shared their views on evolution of appraisal needs, application of modern information technology, development of emerging business types, and self-construction of agencies, etc.
Seminar: Self-construction and Ability Cultivation of Appraisal Agencies
Ms. Du Juan, the president of CIREA, stated that real estate appraisal agencies and real estate appraisers must seize the new opportunities brought by national policies, seize the new endogenous needs of market participants, find the point where the appraisal industry serves the country’s major strategies and important tasks, and innovate appraisal services to meet the economic development requirements. She said that on the basis of continuously adapting to the development and changes of society’s demand for appraisal, the appraisal agencies should also strengthen their self-construction to achieve long-term sustainable development.
